  • PAzAZz is a Hip Hop Dancer, Professional Choreographer , Studio Owner, has choreographed, assisted in artist developement & danced Back up for various groups and solo artists both locally and nationally for over 20 years, including Prince, Chaka Kahn, Dougie Fresh, T-HUD, Paris Bennet from American Idol & The Miss Bikini America / Universe Competitions. He has also worked with many youth group organizations, and various corporations such as Verizon Wireless, UNCF, Target Corporation, Mall of America, AppleCorporation, & Many Others.

    Hip hop dance is a fun and effective way to burn calories and get your heart pumping. This high-impact cardio workout engages the entire body and helps you build muscle tone. If you incorporate hip hop dance into your exercise routine, you may experience an increase in your energy level and an improvement in your overall physical fitness.

    Increases Stamina and Endurance

    Hip hop dance increases your stamina and endurance. It requires you to move and change positions at an extremely fast pace. This constant motion helps build endurance and increases your aerobic capacity.

  1. The PAzAZz Hip Hop Dance Experience, Good Music! Good People! Good Fun!

    This Workshop consists of… a fresh warm up, which is an energetic freestyle follow along that gets you pumped up and ready for class. The warm up is followed by a short break, then the dance session begins step by step, created right on the spot.

    With PAzAZz, it’s always a fresh, new class experience every time. This helps you to grow as a dancer and helps to keep you motivated to continue learning new things. These classes are geared for all levels of dancers and those that just want to work on their over all mental and physical fitness and learn some hot new moves at the same time. Even if you have never danced before, or you’ve danced your entire life, at this workshop everyone is welcome.

    All you need is an open mind, comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move freely in.

    Show up and join right in!!!

    (These Are Adult Classes, All children must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian during the session).
    (Please note that classes are generally geared towards adults, not all music is radio edited. Parental discretion advised.)
